All Meats Are Fresh At Little King

We slice and prepare your order fresh, right in front of you! Only the highest-rated meats are used. In fact, Little King turkey is an all-white turkey breast, not chopped, formed, or ground. Our products are purchased several times a week, and some of our ingredients are not even available directly to the public.  Ham is 97% lean and hard salami is "true" salami without beef hearts for coloring. Roast beef is actually "cap-off top round" with no water added for weight. No frozen, processed, or enhanced foods are used.  It's all "quality-fresh"!

• Subway's pre-sliced cheeses wait in a cold warehouse that can be far away from your location.
• Pre-slicing saves time when preparing your meal; the idea is to "hurry" you through the food-line.

• The folks at Subway have been known to refer to their cheeses by color, either "yellow" or "white", not by their true names such as Swiss, American, or Provolone.

All of our cheeses have a "Real Cheese" seal.  In other words, it's not what the FDA would call "processed cheese food".  Little King cheeses are referred to by their real names, not by "colors".

* All breads are baked fresh all day, every day in each store location.  They are made with unbleached, un-enhanced, un-bromated whole-wheat flour.
